Sarah O'Neill

Sarah began her career in Dentistry over 18 years ago, as a Dental Nurse, before transitioning into Practice Management. 

She has vast experience in compliance in both NHS and Private Practices and has helped multiple Practices prepare for CQC inspections successfully, as well as implementing new strategies and working alongside CPD providers as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure training is current and enjoyable. 



Sarah is looking forward to working with the team at Baycliff to further grow and expand the business.
