Terms & Conditions

• The receiver of the gift card must be 18 years or over.
• Gift Vouchers MUST be collected from the Practice.
• If receiver is not dentally fit for treatment, a refund can be given at discretion.
• The gift voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
• Gift vouchers are only redeemable for services classed as private dental treatments and cannot be used for NHS Dental treatments.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift vouchers or other financial services.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change will be given but the credit balance may be applied to future purchases within the 12-month period.
• This gift voucher will expire 12 months from date of purchase. At expiry, any remaining balance will be voided and cannot be transferred.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
• Please protect this gift voucher and treat it as cash Baycliff Dental cannot be held liable for any gift voucher which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
• If any product purchased with a gift voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be returned via a gift voucher.
• Customers must be present with the gift voucher in order to make purchases or to pay for treatment.
• Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the gift voucher.
• All treatment purchased with this gift voucher are subject suitability and availability.
• Baycliff Dental reserves the right to refuse or to accept a gift voucher which they deem to have been tampered with, duplicate, and damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
• Baycliff Dental reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without reason and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g to change the scope of the gift voucher service, notify of the services withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond control.)
