Alex began training at Baycliff in 2017. She is now one of our senior members of staff and takes part in the majority of job roles Baycliff has to offer. Alex says she enjoys her time at Baycliff as “every day provides a chance to progress”.
In the future Alex is looking forward to taking part in further courses to enhance her career as a senior nurse.
